I created the NCAA Major Sports Hall of Fame as a critique of the processes of major college sports today. I try to do this by celebrating the main flaws in the way the NCAA operates in a tongue-in-cheek manner. I attempted to draw a clear picture of the problems and how they contribute to the overall “Cheaters Always Prosper” NCAA. Absent from this picture are women’s sports and any mention of education as this venue attempts to illustrate the only thing that matters to the NCAA, money. My hope is that visitor’s of this place would leave with a resentment of the NCAA and the way that it conducts its business.
